[VisualStyles] Enkera's visual style peppered for windows vista

This is a version of Enkera's visual style peppered for windows vista.

Unfortunately the transparency of some images is not shown correctly (on my computer).

I used Alphaconverter and tried PaintNet and could not solve this problem.
