IF YOU WANT THE "MENU" START BUTTON, RENAME THE APPROPRIATE MSSTYLE TO AXENIC.MSSTYLES AND RENAME THE OLD ONE TO ORIGINALSTART.MSSTYLES
This style is meant for TASKBAR AT THE TOP. You CAN have it at the bottom, but I don't think it would look good. XD
Ok. USE STYLESELECTOR. That's the best way, especialy if this is your first vs.
If you don't have Century Gothic, use Levenim MT, it's built in to vista. Century isn't.
The wallpapers are 1600x1200, so if you have smaller than that, CENTER them, if you have bigger and you don't care if theyre blurry, Stretch them.
The Icons are self-explanatory.
If you didn't know, the logon needs Stardock LogonStudio (free)
