yukizura reworked.
Added a slight transparency to the window borders and some smooth shadows.
You can enable/disable transparency or give this theme a smooth background color in Control Panel/Personalization, though I prefer the no color intensity (default) setting. Looks best with border padding 0px, so you might load the .theme file.

Works on Windows Vista and Server 2008 both 32 and 64 bit.
