[VisualStyles] stash one based on Aero

again, please! Now Aero is getting straight! Reduced to the max from taskbar to shadows.
And still transparent and colored if you want it to be.

Can't say every issue is done yet, but I'll be working on it once the mood hits me.

This theme should work on Windows Vista and Server 2008 both 32 and 64bit.
