蓝色经典的vista主题风格For Windows Vista Only：
After getting a lot of demand for a Basic version of my theme "AeroVG", I'm proud to announce my new theme "Vista Blue Refresh". BasiCally its an update over my previous theme "Vista Blue RTM" with almost all new features of "AeroVG" theme.
I have created this theme for "Windows Vista Basic" users who can't use "Aero" in their systems and are forced to use the Vista Basic theme. It also contains a version for Aero which is same as "AeroVG" theme.

把主题文件解压复制到系统盘C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes
然后在到桌面的空白处点鼠标右键-个性化-在 (颜色外观)里面选择就可以。
